At SHA we passionately believe in the benefits Co-living can bring to renters, the Housing Crisis and to society at large.
We have seen the benefits to developers and property owners in having a rental model that genuinely adds value to heir rental offering.
When renting is linked to social contact, networking and the wider community everybody benefits and residents feel less lonely.
We don’t believe that Co-living is just for high rise central London applications but can be successfully implemented in lower density residential areas which brings added sustainability benefits.
We are working on schemes that repurpose existing buildings in residential settings at a recognisably domestic scale. We see smaller communities of less than 100 residents as sustainable alternatives to larger purpose-built buildings with substantially larger populations.
